Professionally, he is a technical writer in the quantum computing industry who previously worked for engineering companies, higher education facilities, and aerospace metrology labs. Before that, he served five years aboard destroyers in the US Navy as a gas turbine technician.

Educationally, he is an online MFA student who previously graduated from Colorado State University with a BA and studied bookbinding at the American Academy of Bookbinding.

Cody grew up in North Yorkshire, England and now lives in Central Colorado, USA.
